My friends got me to got to Yoga

I had always wanted to try yoga but had been worried that my back was in too bad of a place, and that would lead to injury. I would see my friends come in to the office in the morning after yoga looking tired, by this point they had given up on trying to convince me to go. But I was looking to make some changes in my life and I asked them to let me know the next time they were going. I went and found my mat that I had bought way back when I thought I might give yoga a shot, but it had only been unrolled a couple of times since it had been purchased.

We signed up for a class for after work one day. We all drove over from the office. We did not get there with much time to spare, but we got there in time. Our instructor was had asked if I had any injuries before hand. I described how I had hurt my back. We made our way to the room where we would practice. We found a spot on the floor and unrolled our mats. We were instructed that we may want to grab two blocks. I've learned that if your yoga instructor says you may want to do something, chances are that it is in your best interest to do as they say.
